Community Care Network is the parent corporation of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Its mission is to improve the overall quality of life of residents in the greater Rutland, Vermont Region by offering an array of high quality health, human services, education, employment, and rehabilitative programs that empower individuals, families, and communities to reach their full potential. 

National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)

The National Association for the Education of Young Children is dedicated to improving the well-being of all young children, with particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for children from birth through age eight. 

Vermont Department for Children and Families - Child Development Division

The mission of the Vermont Child Development Division is to improve the well-being of Vermont children by ensuring access to high quality, economically viable child development services. 

Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (Office of Head Start)

A service of the Office of Head Start, ECLKC offers a wide variety of resources for grantees and parents regarding Head Start programming and early childhood development. 

Vermont Department for Children and Families - Economic Services Division

The mission of the Economic Services Division is to help Vermonters find a path to a better life. The Division administers several state and federal programs that help individuals and families meet their basic needs. 

United Way of Rutland County

The United Way of Rutland County is one of 1,400 United Ways in the U.S. With nearly 70 years of service to the Rutland, Vermont region, UWRC is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to helping those in the Rutland regional community that need support through the work of its 40 partner agencies. UWRC is the largest non-governmental fundraiser for local services in the Rutland community.
